Pursuant to my calls for an American Labor Party, I'm going to try to tax Super PACs, which would discourage their existence.

Imposing a tax on Super PACs is just that easy. Because the 1st Amendment allows for the Freedom of Assembly, people can still assemble into business leagues, chambers of commerce, real estate boards, or boards of trade. (Note: The final tax exempt thing is pro football leagues with or without a pension for players) With this noted, getting completely rid of Super PACs will be incredibly difficult. Perhaps we could delve deeper into election law next episode, but I'm lazy, so maybe later.
